- Minimum order is $6 USD (or two items) before postage.

- Prices DO NOT include postage

- All Prices are in US Dollars

- Asking for items and then not paying for them will result in blacklisting.

- What is listed here is ALL THAT I AM SELLING
(This means, you are to not ask for things that aren't listed here)
I don't have whatever item you are searching for if it on this list, stupid such inquires are ignored!

- Do not add to, or change an order after paying for the items.

- No exchanges/refunds unless you were sent the wrong item.

- All tapes are dubbed from the masters sent to me by labels, most of which arent however tested for audio errors before being put in the distro. I will not send replacements for errors with the master.

- No Holds, Pre-orders or any of that bullshit. You either place your order when all the items you want are in stock or make multiple orders.

Only US Currency is accepted.

Under no circumstances will I hold items for you to transfer money in from your bank account. Have it in there before even attempting to order.

ITEMS ARE ONLY HELD FOR 2 DAYS FOR PAYMENT! FAILURE TO PAY WITHIN THAT TIME WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLISTING!

E-Mailing for items with the sole purpose of "checking postage prices" rather then paying for them will result in blacklisting!


I am not responsible for damages to your items caused by the post office or United States customs. Also, to people outside the US, I will not create fake invoices, avoid using electronic postage or send letters to customs officials on your behalf.

Small orders are sent via 1st Class Mail.

Large orders are sent via Priority Mail
(I will send in a flat rate box if you order alot to save money on postage)

I will not send any packages via Media Mail.

Orders under 4lbs are sent via first class airmail.

Orders over 4lbs are sent via Global Priority Flat Rate.

It is suggested that people in Italy pay for registered shipping.

Many items in the distro can't be imported into Central Europe.
(People should ask if content is okay before ordering if their is issues with customs in your country. Winter Solace assumes no responsibility for issues with customs).

ANYONE OUTSIDE THE US NEEDS TO WAIT AT LEAST 6 WEEKS AFTER THE DAY I SEND YOU A PACKAGE TO INQUIRE AS TO IT BEING LOST. I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PACKAGES TO EUROPE GET STOPPED AND INSPECTED AT THE BORDER.

Anything over 4 lbs will have to be sent as two seperate packages, thus you have to pay postage twice. All tapes are sent without boxes & CDs without cases.

Due to numerous issues with customs/postal workers/damages/theif this is the only way I will mail items to these places.

People in these areas are encouraged to find a more local distributor for WS releases.
