The following labels/people are dishonest or otherwise unfit to be running a label, if any of you know me, you should know that I am very paitent but some of this behavior can not be tolerated. Please note: if you are on this list and wish to be removed, contact me. If you fulfil your end of the deal your name will be removed. But not until that time.

Some ambient label in France, did a trade with him. 10 A-N covers for 5 covers each of two of his labels releases. To this day I have never recieved anything. People on forums vouch for him, but all these people live in France, also been told his label is on hiatus for some unknown peroid of time. After getting one e-mail from him where he bitches me out for not contacting him (which I did, several times) he has since ingored any and all attempts to contact him. AVOID! He rips off his own bands too.

Mexician shithead, posts on forums using both of those names. Mailed him my part of the trade to his address, (which I was later told to be the admissions building or something to a college) never recived anything. He first claimed that Mexician Post is slow, then claim to have been delayed, then nothing.

This person contacted me over MSN, some months ago and we became friends. Did an honest trade with me, and a few other labels towards the beginning of his label. Now it seems that despite how "anti rip-off" he claims to be, problems are occuring with people. I vouched for this person to some people, and one of them tested him, to this day my friend has yet to recive anything. I sent him 10 covers for trade, then asked him some days later if he mailed what was owed to me, claimed to have forgotten. Labels, bands/individuals are coming forth now claimg to have problems. He seems to have now vanished off my MSN list too. Used to run a label called Barbaro Records & another called MB records. Also ripped of Misanthopic Propaganda in Belarus & the band Lord Foul

Considering this label did a Via Dolorosa release and Loris is a friend of mine I figured this individual was trustworthy. However I sadly have been mistaken. Sent him 5 Velimor covers in exchange for 5 covers of the Via Dolorosa/Hanged in the Cyrpt MC his label released in October. He asked me to send first which is understandable cause we never met, I did. Waited 2 months and didn't hear anything from him, asked if my stuff got there and if he sent my items. He said he sent it, but that Italian post lost it, and he would resend it as a registered parcel. That was last decemeber, been 2 months since and I have still have yet to get ANYTHING from him. Asked for tracking information and/or proof it was mailed and my e-mail was simply ignored. Recently learned that their are other people in Italy claiming to be ripped off by this individual

Sent him my half of the trade in the later half of May/early June. After asking where my stuff was I didn't get any kind of response until July. He claimed french post lost it and that he would resend. (I doubted this seeing as I have never had problems getting things from France). After two months of waiting I sent him an e-mail on september 13th telling them that he his stuff had a month to get here before I would assume that he is ripping me off and then I would have to go public. 14 days later I get an email saying that he sent the second parcel and that it along with the first one was stuck in French customs or something. He claims that they often are slow sending his packages to the United States. (Which I find odd seeing as I have gotten packages in all shapes and sizes from france in a week or less). Seeing as I haven't been able to update the website in almost a month this guy had even more time to either figure or what was going on or actually send me the package I have yet to get. His last e-mail which I didn't feel the need to respond too contained excuses like "I don't have internet access every day" etc.
I have also herd a rumor that this individual was involved in some LLN related scam or something.
